It is my pleasure to be selected to receive the NSF Travel Award for the 2022 Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) Summer Institute for Early-Career Faculty.
I attended the NHERI Summer Institute held at the University of Texas at San Antonio. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with the Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) community.

I am glad to serve as one of the Guest Editors for a special issue of Atmosphere, “Measurement, Analysis, Modeling and Prediction of Strong Winds in Atmospheric Boundary Layer”.
